Our client
is the largest provider of temperature-controlled warehousing and distribution services in the U.S., serving some of the world’s most respected food companies.

We are seeking Pick and Pack Workers / Lift Truck Operators to join our team in Middleboro, MA during a peak seasonal period. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a warehouse environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and physically capable of handling warehouse tasks and equipment.

• Load and unload products using stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment

• Accurately pick and pack items for shipment

• Move, stack, and store merchandise in appropriate locations

• Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking

• Complete product scans and documentation

• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Report equipment malfunctions and adhere to OSHA safety standards

• Charge and maintain forklift batteries as needed

• Follow company attendance policy and production standards

• Assist in maintaining security within the warehouse

• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• At least 1 year of related warehouse or forklift experience

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand/kneel/crouch for extended periods

• Experience operating stand-up lifts, pallet jacks, walk-behind, and RF scanners preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Comfortable working overtime, evenings, or weekends when necessary

• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
