Lead teller functions efficiently and coach other tellers to enhance branch operations and service quality;
Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling tellers and overseeing branch operational standards;
Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and coach staff to improve customer experience;
Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines and ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls;
Support Branch Manager in onboarding and training new Tellers; participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs
