Position: HHA – Home Health Aide & Caregiver - Must Believe in The Golden Rule

We're hiring dedicated, dependable Home Health Aides and Caregivers for permanent, ongoing positions - not PRN or occasional work. This role is ideal for caregivers who want steady, meaningful engagement with clients and are ready to take on consistent daily shifts ranging from 2 to 12 hours. Our 24/7 support model ensures you're never alone in the field and always backed by a responsive, reliable office team.

We're looking for caregivers who bring both flexibility and true commitment - individuals who take pride in delivering high‑quality, continuous care and who thrive when building long‑term relationships with the clients they serve. Most of our clients are located in Cleveland's westside suburbs, so candidates must be comfortable commuting between 30-60 minutes within that area.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide client‑facing care as assigned
    • Provide assistance with daily tasks as directed in the client's personalized plan of care, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
    • Provide companionship, personal and hygiene care as directed in the client's personalized plan of care, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, and assisting with measurements, if necessary
    • Assist clients with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and document observed changes to the Director of Nursing
  • Assist with various office / administrative tasks
