HHA - Home Health Aide Homecare Personal Care & Mobility Support; Dayshift in Eas

We're hiring dedicated, dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) and Caregivers for permanent, ongoing positions--not PRN or occasional work. This role is ideal for caregivers who want steady, meaningful engagement with clients and are ready to take on consistent daily shifts providing assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), mobility and transfers, meal preparation, and medication reminders
. Our 24/7 support model ensures you're never alone in the field and always backed by a responsive, reliable office team.

We're looking for caregivers who bring both flexibility and true commitment—individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality, compassionate care and who thrive when building long‑term relationships with the clients they serve. Most of our clients are located in Cleveland's westside suburbs, so candidates must be comfortable commuting between 30–60 minutes within that area.

The schedule for this position is 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, Monday through Sunday

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers for the client
• Assist with meal preparation and provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and support during daily activities to ensure client comfort and well‑being
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to supervisors or case managers
• Follow the client's care plan and communicate regularly with the care team
