Provides general building cleaning service and grounds maintenance for assigned area(s) within The Metro Health System. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The Metro Health System.

• Must be able to read and write English. Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
• Preferred: HS Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.

• May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day.
• May need to sit or stand for extended periods.
• See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
• Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
• Ability to climb intermittently during the day.
• Ability to push/pull 20-50 pounds.
• Ability to lift 10-40 pounds.
• Requires some exposure to chemicals and cleaning products.
• Considerable physical stamina.
