Laminator Operator
The Laminator Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring laminating machines to produce high-quality laminated materials in accordance with company standards and production schedules. This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of equipment while maintaining product quality and minimizing waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate laminating machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
- Load and unload rolls of material, ensuring proper alignment and tension control.
- Monitor lamination process to ensure product meets quality standards, including proper adhesion, clarity, and finish.
- Inspect finished materials for defects and make necessary machine adjustments.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laminating equipment.
- Record production data, material usage, and downtime in logs or production systems.
- Troubleshoot machine or process issues to maintain consistent output and minimize delays.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
