Wiring Harness Assembler (SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE)

Middleburg Heights, OH (Greater Cleveland area)

Salary/Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $23.00

Hours:

1st shift Monday‑Friday 8:00a.m. – 4:30p.m.

• Assemble wire/cable components to final configuration per drawings, process instructions, and blueprints.
• Prepare cable/wire for assembly, including stripping jacket/insulation, crimping contacts and potting connectors.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operations sheets and visual aids.
• Use dimensional measuring equipment and basic electronic testing equipment to verify quality and accuracy at required intervals.
• Operate laser engraver and maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Operate assigned machines, equipment and material‑handling equipment as needed.

• 2–3 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts and process worksheets.
• Skill with dimensional measuring equipment and basic electronic testing equipment.
• Capacity to set‑up and operate assigned machines and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of product quality and compliance with health and safety procedures.
