LPN - License Practical Nurse Trach Care & Tube Feeding Specialist in Cuyahoga

We're hiring dedicated, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for permanent, ongoing positions - not PRN or occasional work. This role is ideal for nurses who want steady, meaningful engagement with clients and are ready to provide specialized care, including Trach Care and Tube feeding (training provided). Our 24/7 support model ensures you're never alone in the field and always backed by a responsive, reliable office team.

• Provide Trach Care safely and effectively, following training protocols and monitoring for any complications.
• Administer Tube feeding accurately and monitor for tolerance, side effects, and response.
• Monitor clients' overall health, vital signs, and respiratory status, reporting changes to the supervising healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure clients'
  safety, comfort, and well-being

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team regarding care and progress.
• Adhere strictly to all infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during 2-hour visits, times TBD
