We're hiring dedicated, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for permanent, ongoing positions – not PRN or occasional work. This role is ideal for nurses who want steady, meaningful engagement with pediatric clients and are ready to provide specialized care, including Pediatric Care, G‑Tube Medication Administration, Seizure‑Related Care, Incontinence Care, Nebulizing, Suctioning, and Mobility Support with electric wheelchairs and hoyer lifts. Our 24/7 support model ensures you're never alone in the field and always backed by a responsive, reliable office team.
The schedule for this position is 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday

- Provide high‑quality Pediatric Care
, supporting daily routines and overall health needs. - Administer G‑Tube medications safely and accurately, monitoring for any complications.
- Deliver Seizure‑Related Care
, including observation, intervention, and documentation. - Assist with Incontinence Care
, ensuring hygiene, comfort, and dignity. - Perform Nebulizing Treatments and Suctioning as prescribed.
- Support Mobility Needs
, including safe use of Electric Wheelchairs and Hoyer Lifts
. - Monitor clients' health and promptly report changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure clients'
safety, comfort, and dignity
. - Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Adhere to all infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Provide reliable, ongoing evening care from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday

- Perform all skill, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice as defined in the Nurse Practice Act – Ohio Revised Code (ORC) of clinical practice
- Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgement and critical thinking
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes
- Document observed changes in patient's condition, situation, or care environment, and communicate to the Director of Nursing
