Full Time RN with Trach & Vent Experience in Home Care

We’re looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with Trach & Vent experience to provide high-quality, specialized patient care. Join a supportive team where your expertise in airway management and critical care truly makes a difference.

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday–Friday (with some weekends). Flexibility in the number of hours.
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Monday–Friday (with some weekends). Flexibility in the number of hours.

• Practice proper airway management and ventilator support

• Provide skilled trach and ventilator care within RN scope of practice
• Follow and implement individualized care plans using clinical judgment
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the Director of Nursing
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Follow agency protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA compliance
• Educate patients and families on trach and ventilator care and safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

• Active Ohio RN license (unencumbered)
• 1+ year clinical experience (home care/critical care preferred)
• Strong clinical and independent decision‑making skills
• BLS/CPR certified + TB clearance
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient mobility
• Up‑to‑date vaccinations (COVID‑19, Flu, Hep
