Now Hiring: LPN with Trach & Vent Experience in Home Care

We're looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Trach & Vent experience to provide high-quality, specialized patient care. Join a supportive team where your expertise in airway management and critical care truly makes a difference.

6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday–Friday (with some weekends) with some flexibility in terms of number of hours

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Monday–Friday (with some weekends) with some flexibility in terms of number of hours

• Provide trach and ventilator care in patients' homes under RN supervision
  • Assist in implementing individualized care plans and follow care instructions
  • Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to the RN or Director of Nursing
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the home care setting
  • Follow agency protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA compliance
  • Educate patients and families on home trach and ventilator care
  • Collaborate with the home care team to support optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• $30‑$40/hr + weekly direct deposit & overtime

• Active Ohio RN license (unencumbered)
• 1+ year clinical experience (home care/critical care preferred)
• Strong clinical and independent decision‑making skills
• BLS/CPR certified + TB clearance
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient mobility
• Up‑to‑date vaccinations (COVID‑19, Flu, Hep
