RN - Case Management

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of five years of recent clinical nursing experience to join our Case Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking and communication skills, along with the ability to handle a high volume of reviews daily.

• Conduct case management and utilization management reviews.
• Perform 30+ reviews daily using screening criteria.
• Utilize screening criteria such as Cerner, Inter Qual, and MCG.
• Provide excellent patient care while coordinating resources effectively.

This position requires full-time availability, working 40 hours per week. Shifts are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including every third weekend.

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of five years of recent experience in clinical nursing or a related nursing field, such as Utilization Review or Case Management.
• Previous Care Management, Case Management, or Utilization Management experience is required.
• Experience with Cerner, Inter Qual, and MCG screening criteria.
• ACM/CCM Certification is highly desired.
• Current licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to manage critical decisions effectively.
