• 6a-6p, Every Other Weekend (EOW), Holidays, call requirements per unit needs
• 9a-9p, Every Other Weekend (EOW), Holidays, call requirements per unit needs

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for planning, providing, and directing patient care and education, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with patient care standards and physician orders. The nurse acts as a liaison between physicians, patients, and families, while collaborating with other healthcare members. The position requires floating between PAA and PACU based on need.

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of patients.
• Establish and communicate an individualized collaborative plan of care.
• Implement and evaluate the plan of care based on identified patient goals.
• Complete all documentation according to established standards.
• Assess patient readiness to learn and implement individualized education plans.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and committee activities.
• Provide age-appropriate care for the specific population served.
• Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and professional standards.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
• Previous experience in the nursing area preferred.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
