Job Description:
As a Restaurant Manager for our company your number one goal is to drive up guest counts and sales, you will be expected to do this by following the company’s vision and values. The overall success of the restaurant is your job, so you must maintain appropriate staffing levels and provide the appropriate tools to your management team. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for increasing the profitability, food cost and ticket times of the restaurant, and must be able to communicate well with the other members of the management team.
