Assistant Manager – Automotive Parts

Lead by Example at Auto-Wares Group of Companies as an Assistant Manager! Join our team as an Assistant Manager! We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader who is ready to support store operations, coach team members, and help drive success at our Parts Pro Automotive store in Middleburg Heights, OH.

• Demonstrate positive and effective leadership by utilizing all available tools and resources to support store success.
• Assist in training and developing team members through the implementation of processes and procedures outlined in the Auto-Wares Employee Handbook.
• Uphold all company values, including providing exceptional customer service, embracing the “Never Say No” philosophy, and helping to “Capture the Sale.”
• Represent the face of our company by creating positive customer experiences with every interaction.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the parts and services we provide to our customers.
• Support and participate in team sales and operational meetings.
• Build rapport with customers in the local community and assist in resolving customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Support daily store operations by helping manage inventory, ensuring location organization and cleanliness, delegating tasks, and following CSG standard operating procedures.
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, maintain operational excellence, and foster a positive team culture.
• Serve as the acting leader in the absence of the Store Manager, helping ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

• Must have automotive parts experience of at least 2 years.
• Must have proven leadership experience for at least 2 years.
• Must be available to commit at least 45 hours per week to the role.
• Must be customer‑focused with strong communication skills.
• Being bi‑lingual is a strong plus for this role, as it helps us better serve our diverse customer base and provide exceptional support across all interactions.
• Must be at least 20years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver license and an acceptable driving record.
• Must comply with all physical requirements of the position, including a background check and drug test.
