Direct Marketing Associate - Cleveland

Overview

Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to help enhance the customer experience in upgrading homes. This position includes uncapped commission in addition to base pay, with on-target earnings (OTE) expected in the first year. Base pay starts at $20 per hour and depends on factors such as experience, education, location, and certifications. The recruiter can share more about the compensation package during the hiring process.

This role is responsible for generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. The canvasser records accurate data for prospective customers and the targeted market area. A base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement is available.

• Vigorously and diligently generate leads while engaging in door-to-door canvassing in the assigned territory, creating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
• Transport self to the assigned territory and work independently while representing Renewal by Andersen professionally at all times.
• Utilize Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to accurately maintain records on house-to-house information and data tracking.
• Maintain a courteous, neat appearance and wear the required uniform with municipality permitting when applicable.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Communicate ideas with the Canvassing Program Manager to improve the effectiveness of canvassing program policies.
• Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product knowledge, and current promotional offerings; become a Signature Service expert.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Minimum age 21 to be covered under company driving insurance policy.
• Reliable transportation to navigate the territory.
• Strong verbal communication skills; goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
• Physical ability to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles per day.
