Ready to make a lasting impact with your code? Quadax, an award‑winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is expanding our development team—and we’re looking for a Developer 3 who’s excited to help shape the next generation of Quadax products.
This is a permanent, full‑time role where you’ll tackle complex system design, influence technical direction, and collaborate with talented teams across the organization. We strongly prefer candidates local to Northeast Ohio who are excited about being part of a hybrid culture while contributing to enterprise‑level healthcare technology.
Location & Work Model- Local candidates strongly preferred and will be considered first
- If within commutable distance, this role follows a hybrid schedule: 2 days per week onsite
- Quadax can only hire candidates located in:
OH, PA, MI, IN, KY, WV, TN, GA, FL, TX, MO, NC, SC, SD, and NE - Visa sponsorship not available
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000
What You’ll Do- Design and develop modern, scalable products using service‑oriented architectures
- Serve as a technical contributor in building the next generation of Quadax applications
- Evaluate and help adopt new and emerging technologies
- Analyze requirements and assist with grooming, estimating, and refining user stories
- Build and enhance applications and services using C#, .NET, React, and related technologies
- Participate in code reviews and champion high standards for code quality
- Collaborate closely with software architects, enterprise architects, Dev Ops, and cross‑functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing high‑performance RESTful APIs and web applications within service‑oriented architectures
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and at least one modern JavaScript framework
- Solid understanding of object‑oriented design, SOLID principles, design patterns, and secure coding practices
- Experience with git‑based source control and issue‑tracking systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience working with C#, Type Script, React, and Blazor
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops
- Background in Patient Access Management, including eligibility, pre‑authorization, or patient liability estimation
