The Warehouse Associate for Radiometer is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive accurate parts in a timely and safe manner while maintaining the warehouse floor.

This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and is part of the Supply Chain & Logistics department located in Middleburg Heights, OH. It is on‑site. Shift hours Mon – Fri 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments of customer orders accurately within the same day with a 99% accuracy rate.
• Load and unload delivery trucks daily.
• Collaborate by sharing information and skills, assisting other team members, and adapting to support other departments to meet business needs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse/distribution environment with knowledge of hazardous materials shipping procedures and use of related computer systems/applications.
• Able to stand for more than half a shift or workday, lift or maneuver up to 40 lbs, and use tools and equipment for products that weigh up to 100 lbs.; can walk, stoop, kneel and climb.

• Experience operating a forklift and typical warehouse and shipping methods and tools.
• Experience working in a team setting with a detail‑ and safety‑oriented mindset.

• Hourly range: $20.00 – $21.00 (reported salary range for this role).
• Eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
