• Has an established track record as a professional hair stylist
• Holds a current Connecticut cosmetology license
• Excels in cutting, coloring, styling, and client consultations
• Is reliable, self-motivated, and professional
• Enjoys building and maintaining a loyal clientele
• Is comfortable using technology and salon management systems, including Gloss Genius
