• Weekend Requirement (1x per month Manager On Duty)

• Planning and scheduling activities including arts and crafts, games, exercise programs, social events, etc.
• Helping to plan and implement activity plans that are tailored to residents' needs, abilities, and preferences.
• Managing and training staff or volunteers who assist with activities department.
• Ensuring that the activity program meets regulatory requirements and standards.
• Effectively communicating with residents, families, and staff.

• Certification/Education in Therapeutic Recreation required.
• Experience in LTC/Rehab population.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
