At New Patterns ABA - CT, we empower individuals with autism and related disorders to reach their full potential through compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Middlebury, CT.

• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients in a home or community setting, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and needs
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients and colleagues

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, education, etc.) or currently enrolled in a program leading to a degree
• RBT certification or ability to obtain within [insert timeframe]
• Minimum 0 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
