Healthcare Recruiters International is recruiting a strong operational leader for a hospice branch in Connecticut as part of a reputable national provider of home healthcare and hospice services.

Key Responsibilities

This is the senior operations leader for the Connecticut hospice program.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading day-to-day hospice operations across the Connecticut service area
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local hospice regulations
• Managing financial performance, quality metrics, and operational outcomes
• Leading interdisciplinary teams and developing managers
• Driving patient, family, and employee satisfaction
• Building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners
• Overseeing strategic growth and census development

Hospice Executive Director – Healthcare, Educational Requirements, and Qualifications for the State:

• BSN – 3 years of Hospice Experience
• MSN – 1 year of Hospice Experience
• Branch Health Administration – 2 years
• RN, not a requirement, but Hospice is mandatory.
• Master's Health Administration 1 year
• Strong leadership team experience for growing the hospice branch.

Compensation

• Base salary: $150,000–$175,000 annually
• Bonus: Eligible for quarterly bonuses and Sign-on Bonus Eligible
