The facility is licensed by the state, certified by Medicare and Medicaid, and provides intermediate care.

- Long Term Care Unit – provides nursing care, daily living assistance and tailored programs for residents.
- Memory Care Unit – specialized care for individuals with dementia, supporting dignity and functional ability.
- Post Acute Care Unit – goal‑directed care after surgery or hospitalization, with therapy and support to maximize independence. Conditions include strokes, neurological conditions, orthopedic care, respiratory conditions, and cardiac and post‑trauma cases.
