Position: Senior Account Specialist/Practice Development Manager (Aesthetic Medical Device)-Upstate NY/Conn.

Senior Account Specialist (Territory: Upstate NY/Connecticut and surrounding areas)
Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop a sales strategy for assigned territory and customer base.
  • Drive territory penetration with effective call planning, time management, and accurate forecasting.
  • Increase utilization via product demonstrations, and customer training/education on indications, contradictions, and safety.
  • Execute launch installation action plans; leverage reward programs/enrollment tools to drive consumable usage.
  • Coordinate user meetings/intro workshops; support trade shows/workshops.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships; identify new customers and grow existing base; conduct business evaluations/reviews.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the industry and competitive products.
  • Collaborate and maintain consistent communication with surgical/non-surgical specialists and marketing/clinical teams.
  • Generate leads and cross-selling opportunities for Capital Equipment Specialists.
  • Prepare sales contracts (terms, quotes, pricing).
  • Administrative tasks: quarterly business plans, account profiles/customer database, expense reports.
  • Build customer loyalty through superior service and maximizing customer contact.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 2+ years B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling consumables/medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in an FDA-regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical techniques, and procedures.
Required/Preferred

Skills:
  • Understand and communicate product attributes; plan/organize; influence and close.
  • Strong written and oral communication; present clinical/technical information.
  • Effective time management; connect with all employee levels; technical acumen with software/hardware.
Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record.
  • Travel ~75% (including overnights; occasional weekends).
  • Ability to transport up to 60 lbs.
Benefits/Compensation:
  • Base pay: $90K–$120K; eligible for annual bonus and/or sales incentive.
