Role

Senior Account Specialist responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of Solta’s non-invasive medical products in Upstate NY/Connecticut.

• develop and execute territory sales strategies, increase product utilization through demonstrations, training, and customer education
• coordinate launch activities, support trade shows, build and maintain key customer relationships
• collaborate with cross-functional teams including surgical, marketing, and clinical staff
• generate leads and prepare sales contracts
• manage administrative tasks like account profiling, business planning, and expense reporting
• ensure compliance with FDA, GCP, and GDP standards

• high school diploma (Bachelors preferred)
• at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in medical device or consumables sales to plastic surgeons or dermatologists within FDA-regulated environments
• strong selling, communication, and organizational skills
• valid driver’s license, ability to travel 75%, and lift equipment up to 60 pounds
