Scheduling & DSP Administrative Supervisor
Community Associates, a Developmental Services program of CSAC, is seeking a Scheduling & DSP Administrative Supervisor to help ensure quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities. This leadership role oversees DSP (Direct Support Professionals) scheduling and staffing, supports administrative supervision of DSPs, and coordinates Supported Employment services and community partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Manage DSP scheduling, staffing coverage, and substitute coordination
- Support onboarding, training tracking, and administrative supervision of DSPs
- Oversee Supported Employment services, employer partnerships, and billing
- Collaborate with Service Coordinators, employment staff, and community partners
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of scheduling, staffing, or workforce coordination experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in developmental services, human services, or Supported Employment preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- 40 hours/week, salaried position at $53,643
