Parts & Inventory Specialist
Location: Middlebury, VT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 20–40 hours/week
Compensation: $22–$27 per hour, based on experience
Position OverviewWe’re seeking a dependable, organized Parts & Inventory Specialist to help keep our operation running smoothly. If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy maintaining order, and like being the person who ensures the right parts are available at the right time, this role will fit you well.
What You’ll Do- Manage ordering of parts, materials, and supplies
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy
- Organize, label, and stock parts in designated areas
- Enter purchase orders, receipts, and inventory updates into our system
- Keep inventory records current and precise
- Assist the team with general purchasing and inventory-related tasks
- Experience ordering parts or working in a similar role
- Comfort using inventory or purchasing software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
