Middlebury Regional EMS is seeking a full-time Emergency Dispatcher to join our communications team. The role involves receiving and prioritizing calls, dispatching fire/EMS personnel, and coordinating responses using CAD and radio systems.
Training is provided for those without prior dispatch experience. We expect calm, clear communication, strong multitasking, and the ability to work 12-hour day/evening shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays.
