Middlebury College’s Rikert Outdoor Center seeks a dedicated supervisor to manage ski center operations, guest services, and retail functions. You will lead staff, coordinate ticketing, and oversee RFID/POS systems to ensure smooth guest experiences.
You will schedule and train teams, handle reservations, and maintain high standards of customer service during peak season from September through March. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication and a passion for Nordic skiing.
