Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Middlebury, VT, is seeking a Certified and Licensed School Psychologist to support a diverse student population across Elementary, Middle, and High School levels. This contract role requires a skilled professional to provide psychological services that promote academic achievement and social-emotional development.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, collaborating with teachers and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing counseling services to students. The role also involves supporting crisis intervention, contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings, and advising staff on behavioral interventions and mental health strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Certification and licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working with Elementary, Middle, and High School students.
  • Strong skills in psychological assessment, counseling, and behavioral support.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and administrative staff.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
