Assistant Director of School of Hebrew & School of Abenaki, Language School

The Assistant Director of the School of Hebrew and School of Abenaki manages admissions, enrollment, and student advising, in addition to planning and organizing all sessions of the Language School, in collaboration with the Directors. During the session, the Assistant Director directs program operations, supervises non-academic staff, and advises the Directors and faculty on College policies and procedures.

This is 0.8 FTE position that is benefits eligible.

• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to take initiative and assume responsibility, but also work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated organizational skills; establishes priorities and synthesizes detailed information about programs, procedures, and requirements.
• Ability to define and analyze complex situations, draw valid conclusions, and project consequences of various alternative courses of action.
• Computer skills required MS Office and experience with CRMs preferred.
• Professional experience of 5-10 years in language education, international education, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and/or Abenaki preferred.
