* ** JOB DESCRIPTION**:

The PMG Lead Coordinator’s primary role is to supervise the front desk staff in the practice while adhering to Porter Medical Center’s policies, procedures and regulations.
** EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum one year of education and/or experience in a medical office setting.
* Skills in oral and written communication, negotiation, problem resolution and coordination.
* Knowledge of computer applications and word processing.
* Knowledge of LSS and Meditech/Epic preferred.
