Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays:
Thanksgiving Christmas Christmas Eve and New Years Day. Requirements:  Dementia capable care certification preferred  A minimum of 1 year of experience  Prior travel required  EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information:  IVS to OFFER  Monday to Sunday  No block schedules for any reason  Bi-weekly orientations on Monday next available is 1/5  Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained  This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count EMR facility type etc.)
