Helen Porter Is a Skilled And Intermediate Care Residence Which Specializes In Providing a Home-like Environment Including

• Memory Care Neighborhood (Lemon Fair Lane and Waits River Way)
• Long Term Care Neighborhood (Otter Creek Place)
• Post Acute/Rehabilitation Neighborhood(Short Term Care)
• Respite Care Services
• ARCH Hospice End-of-Life Care

High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Completion of state approved Nurse Assistant training and competency evaluation

LNA with good work history in similar facilities preferred, or enrollment in LNA program

Able to read, write, and speak English language

Able to communicate and work effectively with others.

A $5,000 - $7500 LNA sign-on bonus (subject to applicable taxes) is available for this position! Paid out at 90 days, 1 year, and 2 years. Please note that current UVM Health employees are excluded from eligibility for this bonus.
