• Provide direct nursing care to laboring patients and newborns across Labor, Delivery, Postpartum, and Neonatal Care
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, assess labor progress, and administer medications per policy and physician orders
• Assist during delivery, support the mother and family, and participate in postpartum and newborn care
• Document care in the electronic medical record (Epic) and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
• Float to med-surg and ED units as needed to support unit operations and patient safety
• Educate patients and families on newborn care, recovery, and discharge planning

• Active Vermont RN license at time of submission
• AHA BLS and NRP certifications
• Minimum 1 year of labor/delivery/postpartum/newborn (LDRP) experience
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Ability to float to med-surg and ED units as part of assignment

• Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
• Onboarding and credentialing coordination support
• 24/7 recruiter and travel assignment support
• Dedicated assignment support throughout the duration of the contract
