National financial services e-Document strategy and consulting firm based in the Burlington, VT area is recruiting an Implementation and Training Specialist with the drive to succeed and the ability to be a productive and positive member of our team.

As a Client Development Specialist, you ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them successfully use eDOC s technology solutions, whether deployed on-premises or delivered via SaaS. This role blends customer support, technical troubleshooting, training, and client success, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with customers.

What You ll Do
  • Become proficient in the Doc Logic product suite and internal support systems
  • Respond to and track client support requests via phone, email, and CRM
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Assist with data conversions, installations, and client training
  • Support hardware, drivers, and related technical components
  • Participate in QA testing and process improvement initiatives
  • Complete professional services projects as assigned
What You Bring
  • Associate s degree in a business or technical field preferred
  • Experience with MySQL/SQL or other SQL platforms is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Windows Server environments and IIS a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts
  • Professional, confident, and client-focused
