National financial services e-Document strategy and consulting firm based in Burlington, VT area, is recruiting a Implementation and Training Specialist with the drive to succeed and the ability to be a productive and positive member of our team.
As a Client Development Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them successfully use eDOC's technology solutions, whether deployed on-premises or delivered via SaaS. This role blends customer support, technical troubleshooting, training, and client success, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with customers.
What You'll Do- Become proficient in the Doc Logic product suite and internal support systems
- Respond to and track client support requests via phone, email, and CRM
- Troubleshoot issues and elevate when appropriate
- Assist with data conversions, installations, and client training
- Support hardware, drivers, and related technical components
- Participate in QA testing and process improvement initiatives
- Complete professional services projects as assigned
- Associate's degree in a business or technical field preferred
- Experience with MySQL/SQL or other SQL platforms is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments and IIS a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts
