Spherion - - Responsibilities:
Operates specialized equipment (cheese towers, collators, vacuum chambers, etc.) to package cheese while maintaining the expected product flow and rate.;
Conducts visual inspections and ensures metal detection standards are met to keep products free from foreign objects and within quality specifications.;
Adheres to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements and follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both production and sanitation tasks.;
Maintains accurate production records, including charts, sanitation logs, and weight tags, and reviews daily schedules for correct product coding.;
Performs all tasks according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SQF requirements, reporting any food safety issues immediately.
