Packaging Inspector - Flexible Shift (Between 5AM-9PM)

Middlebury, VT Rotating Days Off PPE Provided

Pay: $21.00 p/hr

Join a production team that ensures quality, safety, and consistency every day. This role is ideal for someone who's reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work. Depending on the production flow, your day may be steady and simple-or fast-paced and hands-on.

Schedule

• Flexible hours between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM

• Rotating days off

• Workload varies depending on production needs

What You'll Do

• Inspect whey bags to ensure they are sealed correctly

• Remove bags from the line and have them resealed when needed

• Handle bags weighing approximately 50 lbs

• Learn and perform basic equipment adjustments to reduce rework

• Maintain a clean, safe work area

• Follow all safety rules and production procedures

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable with bending, standing, and repetitive motion

• Capable of handling physically demanding days when production requires it
