2nd Shift Production Operator

Vermont Cider Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. This role requires a commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position on the 2nd shift, with a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM.

• Competitive pay rate of $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
