Westaff is seeking a Cheese Line Production Operator for all shifts in Middlebury, VT. The role supports keeping the cheese production line running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
Schedule includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (4am–12pm, 12pm–8pm, 8pm–4am) with rotating days off and weekend/holiday rotation. This position requires reliability and physical stamina to work 8–10 hours per shift.
