Packaging Quality Inspector
Middlebury, VT | $21.00/Hour | 1st Shift | 4 Days On, 4 Days Off | PPE Provided
Looking for a role where your attention to detail makes a difference? Join a production team dedicated to quality, safety, and efficiency. This hands‑on position is perfect for dependable individuals who enjoy staying active and take pride in maintaining high standards.
Schedule- 1st Shift: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
- Rotating Schedule
- $21.00 per hour
- Inspect whey bags to ensure proper sealing and product quality
- Remove bags from the line and coordinate resealing when needed
- Learn and perform basic equipment adjustments to reduce rework
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Handle physically demanding work as production needs require
