In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to enhance the blood donor experience, assist donors with re-hydrating post-donation, and ensure each donor is thanked sincerely. Ideal candidates are friendly, respectful, and passionate about the Red Cross mission. Vaccination against COVID-19 is required for in-person roles, with exemptions considered.
