Located in the peaceful town of Middlebury, the 98-bed residence offers a home‑like environment, bright airy spaces, and a beautiful outdoor courtyard. The community is licensed by the State of Vermont and certified by Medicare and Medicaid.

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
• Appropriate experience in specific clinical area; varies by unit.
• Commitment to a full‑time weekday orientation for the first two weeks for all hires, including per diem and part‑time.

• $10,000 Sign On Bonus for full‑time external applicants, prorated for part‑time roles. Additional terms and conditions apply.

• Per Diem: $2 per hour
• Evening: $3 per hour
• Night: $5 per hour
• Weekend: $2 per hour (in addition to applicable shift differentials)

Pay Rate: $37.01 – $57.21 per hour (Variable‑12hr shift). This is a bargaining union position.
