LPN for Helen Porter Rehab & Nursing: A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Floating required. Questionnaire attached to position files needs to be reviewed with interested candidates and uploaded in system for IVS review.
Requirements:
" Dementia capable care certification preferred
" A minimum of 1 year of experience
" Prior travel required
" EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
