Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing is a warm, secure, and compassionate community where residents receive high‑quality skilled nursing care and personalized support with daily living. Licensed by the State of Vermont and certified by Medicare and Medicaid, our 98‑bed residence offers compassionate, person‑centered care in a comfortable and uplifting environment. The setting includes bright, airy spaces, an outdoor courtyard, and state‑of‑the‑art circadian lighting.
Job Responsibilities- Provide holistic nursing care in a skilled nursing setting.
- Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor and document residents’ health status, ensuring timely interventions.
- Advocate for residents’ physical, emotional, and social well‑being.
- Current RN licensure or Vermont‑recognized compact licensure.
- Appropriate experience in the specific clinical area; varies by unit.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient‑centered approach.
- Hourly rate: $37.01 – $57.21, depending on experience and unit.
- Shift differentials: $3 for evening, $5 for night, $2 for weekend.
- Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for full‑time external applicants.
- Relocation bonus up to $6,000 for relocations 120 miles or more.
- Per‑diem differential: $2 per hour.
