The setting includes bright, airy spaces, an outdoor courtyard, and state‑of‑the‑art circadian lighting.

• Provide holistic nursing care in a skilled nursing setting.
• Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status, ensuring timely interventions.
• Advocate for residents’ physical, emotional, and social well‑being.

• Current RN licensure or Vermont‑recognized compact licensure.
• Appropriate experience in the specific clinical area; varies by unit.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient‑centered approach.

• Hourly rate: $37.01 – $57.21, depending on experience and unit.
• Shift differentials: $3 for evening, $5 for night, $2 for weekend.
• Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for full‑time external applicants.
• Relocation bonus up to $6,000 for relocations 120 miles or more.
• Per‑diem differential: $2 per hour.
