We have per diem LNA opportunities on all three of our nursing units within our Skilled Nursing Facility. Please use this application to apply to any! We have separate job postings for each of our open full and part-time positions. All hires, including per diem and part time, must commit to a full-time weekday orientation for the first two weeks.

We offer the following differentials in addition to the hourly rate of pay:

• Evening $3.00 per hour
• Night $5.00 per hour
• Weekend $2.00 per hour (in addition to applicable shift differentials)

We also offer the following per diem differential:

• Per Diem $2.00

The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) plays a critical role in providing direct and indirect patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients. LNAs work under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to ensure the physical and emotional well‑being of patients. They provide assistance with activities of daily living, vital signs monitoring, patient mobility, and maintaining patient hygiene.

Helen Porter is a skilled and intermediate care residence which specializes in providing a home‑like environment.

Long Term Care Unit – provides nursing care and assistance with daily living, with programs tailored to residents’ needs.

Memory Care Unit – special care for dementia patients with activity‑based programs.

Post Acute Care – goal‑directed care post‑surgery or hospitalization, therapy services, and nursing extension of therapies.
