Replacement, need ASAP start!! Assignment for 16-26 weeks. Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles+), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less)

RN for Post Acute Unit: A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Floating required. Questionnaire attached to position files needs to be reviewed with interested candidates and uploaded in system for IVS review. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

Requirements:
" Dementia capable care certification preferred
" A minimum of 1 year of experience
" Prior travel required
" EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

Additional Information:
" IVS to OFFER
" Monday to Sunday
" No block schedules for any reason
" Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is
" Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
" This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
