Responsibilities

Lead and direct daily operations of a team of 1-4 crew members

Ensure quality control, safety, and punctuality

Provide exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds expectations

Communicate effectively with Area Managers and Account Managers

Supervise daily preparation of trucks, equipment, and inventory

Perform various landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

Assist with sweeping, spring cleanup, bed edging, mulching, lawn aeration, lawn seeding, lawn renovations, plow remediation, brush hogging, spring and fall cleanups

Perform snow removal during the winter season

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job

Valid and insurable driver’s license

Prior experience in a leadership role

Compensation

Compensation between $18.00 - $24.00/ hour
