You were born to be the boss. Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers. It’s a tough job that requires judgment, math and the ability to multitask.
Job Description
You are aiming to be the boss and help ensure the team and operations run smoothly. You’ll work to support the store’s performance and customer experience.
- You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
- Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time; expect the same from your crew.
- Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.
Many team members began their careers as delivery drivers and today are successful Domino’s franchise owners. Opportunities include moving from delivery driver to management, general manager to franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.
